Release and Hold Harmless Agreement

Whereas the undersigned acknowledges the inherent risks involved in riding and working around horses, which risks include bodily injury from using, riding, or being in close proximity to horses, among other risks, and further, that both horse and rider can be injured in normal use or in competition and schooling.In consideration thereof, the undersigned does hereby release and forever discharge Michelle Schaffner, Reynard Schaffner, Alexandra Schaffner, Rayshell Ranch and Rayshell Ranch Equestrian individually and in their corporate capacities, if any their heirs, successors, assigns, executors, and legal representatives from any and all actions, claims, demands, and expenses, including court costs and attorney fees, and against all losses and damages whatever for, upon or by reason of any personal or real property damage, loss, death, injury or suffering which may occur hereafter in consequence of any activity or involvement that undersigned may have with Michelle Schaffner, Reynard Schaffner, Alexandra Schaffner, Rayshell Ranch and Rayshell Ranch EquestrianI SO EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO ASSUME ANY INJURY, DEATH, CHANCE OF HARM, PERSONAL OR REAL PROPERTY DAMAGE, INJURY OR SUFFERING ARISING FROM OR IN THE COURSE OF MY, OR SAID MINOR’S PRESENCE ON THE PREMISES OF RAYSHELL RANCH 20100 COLE LANE, LOXAHATCHEE FL 33470 The following statement is made in accordance with Florida Statute 773-04 Under Florida Law, an equine sponsor or equine professional is not liable for an injury to, or death of, a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities.

I agree to the Terms and Conditions - 1. ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. By making your purchase you are committing to your selected lesson day and time. 2.  There are NO MAKEUPS for missed lessons, if the weather prevents riding, the lessons will be held inside the barn for an Unmounted Lessons. If the weather prevents the farm from operating you will be notified for an alternate time. You may reschedule your lesson up to 24 hours before your lesson time. 3. Be prompt and on time for your lesson, preparing your horse is a vital part of riding horses, your lesson time will include time for grooming and saddling.
